Karachi: On Saturday 7th April 2018, TECH Pakistan organized its first ever live dialogue session on the topic “A Digital Age Woman” powered by Girl Digital Leader curated by TECHTV Pakistan. The session was streamed live on TECHTV Facebook and YouTube channel. The purpose of dialogue is to engage the women community of Pakistan in the conversation of digitization and technology as female comprised of 51% population of Pakistan who lags far behind in the STEAM fields.
The panel consist of amazing young women of Pakistan who are digitally empowered and making waves in the field of social media. The dialogue begin from discussing about our newly met struggles with Social Media & how it has impacted our lives and turned into an enlightening end where we get to know about the true meaning of FEMINISM & acknowledging the fact that it’s not about equality or war against men but Equity & Access to opportunities.
Today we have set the benchmark of organizing the largest women only panel. Today we have break the stereotypes by bringing women to come out, speak out loud their matters and help all listening women to fight their problems and outshine their talents.

Feminism isn’t about making women strong. Women are already strong. It’s about changing the way the world perceives that strength”.
Ms. Amber Zulfiqar started her discussion saying, “Women empowerment refers to the ability of women to transform economic and social development when empowered to fully participate in the decisions that affect their lives through leadership, training, coaching consulting and the provision of enabling tools for women to lead within their communities, religions and countries.
