TECH Pakistan, Gujranwala & GIFT University to Host NASA Space Apps Challenge!

Gujranwala 2.0 in collaboration with Tech Pakistan and GIFT University is hosting NASA Space Apps Challenge (https://2017.spaceappschallenge.org) in Gujranwala Pakistan.

The present technology setup in Pakistan can be recognized as increasing with each passing day. Everywhere we see, there are many IT startups; most Freelancing shows appear to be connected to IT, as well. Big cities like KarachiLahore and Islamabad give the impression to lead the way in most new ingenuities with the rest of the country way behind. But this time, Gujranwala, the city known for its great food, is all about adding the ‘innovative IT leaders’ label to its name too.

Space Apps is an international hackathon that happens in more than 48 hours in cities around the globe. Because of such responsive people, we continue to grow each year. You can join us to share ideas and engage with open data to address real-world problems, on Earth and in space. You can work alone or with a team to solve tasks that could help alter the world.

Asad Ijaz, CEO Green Systems & Aptech Gujranwala said,

“Gujranwala 2.0 strives to rebuild Gujranwala, uplift the tech sector, promote innovation & entrepreneurship. We further wish to empower youth through the collaboration of software houses, freelancers, academia and the industry.”
